Experimenting is very useful as a learning tool be it for individuals or organizations. Very few things can serve as good a teacher as experience and experimentation offers just that. As for how long one ought to experiment, I don't believe there can be any "one size fits all" answers to this question. Each circumstance will surely warrant individualized timelines in accordance with the desired lesson or outcome.Hi Umesh,
