		<description>Excellent article and you&#039;ve definitely nailed many of the finer points of what traits a leader seems to have.  I think your last point about the fact that a leader is always learning as well is one of the most important.  

You don&#039;t really need any specific traits to be a leader as they come in every shape and size but there is a common set of traits and skills that are most common and communication and learning are definitely high on that list.  I&#039;ll be writing more about this on my own site as I&#039;ll be starting to publish a long leadership series on Monday.
